My neighbour's new grandchild is called this.I think it is so pretty but the new grandad keeps saying,'Its not a proper name, its too trendy.'Surely not-what is the mn opinion of Chloe Annabel?

How silly. If anything I'd say it's a pretty traditional name! And a lovely one at that. Generational thing, perhaps!

SplitPea · 04/01/2010 17:27

I think it's lovely! A very traditional name in my opinion. I do prefer Annabel Chloe though.

Hmmm....I wonder what he'd make of Tigerlily or Moon or Apple?

MaggieMnaSneachta · 04/01/2010 18:57

Which bit isn't a proper name?! this seems a very classic name to me.

i would have preferred zoe annabel, but i doubt your neighbour would have liked that any better!!

vanimal · 04/01/2010 19:56

It's a gorgeous, gorgeous name, I love it.

Don't think it's 'too trendy' at all.

Well now he knows what it is like to want.

piscesmoon · 05/01/2010 08:25

It is hardly trendy! They are both traditional. Samantha is a 1970's name-trendy in it's time.
