help dd choose names

hi my dd is having a boy due april ,and we are stuck for names ,at the mo she likes oakley and finley ,but not 100% sure ,she wants something diffrent ,not old fashiond can any one help her thanks !!

oakley sounds like the de luxe coffin ... Finley is nice but very mainstream.

NOT old fashioned names. Ok, em, Marcus, Robbie, Bruno, Rex, Casper, Howie, Richie, Ross, Saul, Gideon, Gus, .... there wouldn't be two of those in a class i think.

I don't like the name Oakley (sorry) just reminds me of sun glasses.

Finley is nice but there are a lot of Finley's.

We chose Saul for a boy (we had 2 girls so never got to use the name ).

dd says no thanks

My fiend has just had a boy and called him Carter.

I also like Alex for a boy but again a bit common at the moment.

Finlay, certainly where I live, is NOT in any way unusual - I know a HUGE amount of Finlays (I am in Scotland though which might help)
