We like old-fashioned sounding names, these are what we have come up with so far, if you had to choose one boy's and one girl's name, which would you go for out of these lists:

Boys (Middle name will be David)
Louis
Edgar
James (Jimmy)
Henry
Joseph

Girls (Middle name will be Abigail)
Florence (Florrie)
Elizabeth (Betty)
Dorothy (Dottie)
Bessie
Beatrice (Bea)

My favourite are Floernce and Henry (with those middle names).

Florence and Elizabeth for the girls. And Henry for a boy.

Another vote for Florence/Florrie. I like James but hate Jimmy. Joseph also nice.

Thanks for the feedback, esp on Edgar as no one I have spoken to in RL likes it apart from me and dh.

I think Florence is becoming my fav girls name, but dh thinks people may think we've chosen it because of Florence and the Machine [hmmm].
