I really like this, though DH says DD will get called "margarine" or the like.. What do you think?

Sorry - I do too. It is a lovely old fashioned name but too much association with margarine. Maybe 100 years ago...

nothing wrong with Flora - yes there will be a bit of teasing, but kids will find any excuse to tease.
I got 'spreads easily', 'flora margarine' and 'flora proactive' as my teasing, hasn't done me any harm.

(sorry, very defensive of my name )

LOVE IT! That's the name I've chosen for this baby on the way if a girl. I don't know anyone who eats marg anyway and as far as i'm concerned, anyone who would be so rude as to even mention the 'spreads easily' thing, well,
