Heidi Iris? Do you like it and do you think the names go together?

Thanks

Sounds like Hi-de-Hi when you run it together. Iris Heidi goes better (and is nicer IMO)

hulabula · 03/11/2009 14:25

Heidi pronounced the German way (Haai-dee) or the English way (Hee-dee)?

matimum · 03/11/2009 14:29

pronounced Hi - Dee

Like Heidi, but not sure of the Iris, tbh.

MaggieMonday · 03/11/2009 14:50

bit too much eye eye

But I like Heidi with a different middle name.

Heidi is NOT pronounced HEE dee in England!!!

belgo · 03/11/2009 14:52

BannyFucket · 03/11/2009 15:01

I have never ever heard it pronounced Hee Dee. Where on earth do they pronounce it like this?

dizzydixies · 03/11/2009 15:29

I like them but wouldn't put them together

bellissima · 03/11/2009 16:56

Never ever heard the pronunciation Hee-dee. There again don't know any Heidis. Wouldn't have thought of Hi de Hi but, ahem, now Bucharest mentions it...there again, how often does anyone pronounce the middle name anyway.

birdofthenorth · 03/11/2009 17:42

Lovely

Hulababy · 03/11/2009 17:50

I don't think they work together, sorry.

Now Bucharest as said it, it does very much sound like HiDiHi.

Vivia · 03/11/2009 18:15

The letter 'I' three makes Heidi Iris almost a tongue-twister. I love Iris though.

Vivia · 03/11/2009 18:15

three times I mean...
