For me, its the radio 2 newsreader Fenella Fudge. I think it sounds like a Harry Potter name but it always makes me smile.

I love Linda Popoulopoulos (I think I've spelt that right..). She is a relationship/sex therapist on the telly.

I worked as an estate agent in Plymouth many moons ago (sorry!) and we had clients who were Mr and Mrs Wardrobe. Gosh how we laughed when we talked about "moving the Wardrobes".

(Can't stand the Grammerpolice either).

I think R2 Fenella used to be called Fenella Haddingham and she got married to Mr Fudge actually changed her name

I remember when she changed it - someone wrote in and asked if she said it as a Red Nose Day joke

yama · 24/10/2009 20:34

Tommy - I too remember when Fenella changed her name. I thought she had one of the poshest names I'd ever heard and then ruined it.

I remembered the name of the weather man!

Tomas Shafaknacker (sp).

It always makes me smile.

HopingForASunnyDay · 02/11/2009 03:49

...although there was a guy I used to work with called King Wan - it's actually pronounced 'Won' but everytime he sent an email his name came out as Wan,King
