Oh I really like it thought the feedback would be better. I thought it could be shortened to Kirsty

I like it. But then I live in Scotland and have heard it a few times up here.

LynetteScavo · 29/09/2009 20:50

If you like it, go for it.

My cousin is Kirstine and it gets varied to sound like Kirs tin or Kirs teen , like Christine.

Also Scottish

weegiemum · 29/09/2009 20:53

I think it is a beautiful name. Often shortened to Kirsty, which I think is a shame, as it is so lovely on its own.

Especially lovely said in a soft west-highland or island accent .....

Yes I know what you mean I am from and live in Scotland and Kirsteen does sound different with the Scottish twang. The 'r' is rolled more and it sound pretty, I still really like it.
