It's one of the most hideous names I have ever heard.

dogofpoints · 31/08/2009 20:15

basic flaw is it begins with clot

kmowell · 31/08/2009 20:31

Self indulgent shite.

scottishmummy · 31/08/2009 20:43

begins with a clot as do emboli.ah sweet innit

MaggieLeo · 31/08/2009 20:47

I understand that in French it'd be Clo-Teeld which is ok, but Clott-ilda is horrible.

What about Clodagh? or just Chloe with Chlo for short.

Clio is nice too.

Rumpel · 31/08/2009 20:48

Sorry but it really does sound like a hideous disease of the nether regions.........

gloomysue · 31/08/2009 21:07

Dear little Clottie. Sorry but it is awful.

Thunderduck · 31/08/2009 21:10

It's utterly hideous.

MamaLazarou · 01/09/2009 07:25

Clodagh's nice.

seeker · 01/09/2009 07:35

Her sister and brother are Candida and Roger.

I know/hope the OP wasn't serious, but I do so HATE self indulgent baby naming. If you like Clotilda or similar, then change your own name to it; don't make crass decisions like this on behalf of someone who isn't here yet!
