having a baby boy and cant decide on a name for him already got a dd when i was preg with her our boys names were

carrick
frankie

3years later not sure i like either of them enough to use,now i quite like

Sam
James
Max
Reuben
sonny(but not sure if i'm brave enough to use it?)

i quite like the idea of a short name like sam,max any suggestions?

Sam...ok, but i am not keen on unisex names
James...boring
Max...like it
Reuben...dislike
sonny....like it.

My favourite short name is Keir. I think it's a really strong name.

Sonny - more than a bit iffy, but the rest are great. Sonny is a bit southern U.S. to me, somewhere in the Appalachians, maybe the backwoods of Kentucky. It says battered old truck and lots of dogs sniffing around an unstable sort of house. Cockfighting, moonshine...
