Just one adult.

MrsKitty · 06/08/2009 00:04

I know of 2.

1 aged around 4 lives near me, and one in DS's nursery class.

nomorecake · 06/08/2009 00:09

i know none, and have never met an isaac.

love the name though.

spottyblueberries · 06/08/2009 00:11

About 6 and my DC's are not in any nursery/school. We only know about 12 kids

Ceolas · 06/08/2009 00:14

Exactly the same as nomorecake

nappyaddict · 06/08/2009 01:52

It's getting popular around here. Prefer Isaiah.

sleepsforwimps · 06/08/2009 08:40

I have an Isaac, I don't know and have never met any others.

feedthegoat · 06/08/2009 08:42

There is one at mums and tots. I think it's a lovely name.

BrigitBigKnickers · 06/08/2009 08:45

I know 2. Not sure it's that common but I work with junior age children so perhaps they haven't filtered through yet.

Can be spelt Isaaq too.

hippipotamiHasLost54lbs · 06/08/2009 08:54

Two. One is 11 and about to start secondary school. The other is 6 and going into Y2.

Buda · 06/08/2009 09:01

I know 2 - one is 7 and Australian, the other is 2 and British. It is a lovely name.

fanjolina · 06/08/2009 09:14

There are 7 in DD's nursery. Most popular name there. 3 in the baby room alone.

cheekster · 07/08/2009 22:19

NorthernLurker · 07/08/2009 22:22

Yes it's too popular.

Go for Isaiah, Ishmael or Inigo instead.

bunnynbumblesmum · 07/08/2009 22:30

sleeplessinstretford · 08/08/2009 08:52

MrsToffeeCrisp · 08/08/2009 09:16

I know 2. Am in bedfordshire. Both under 5.

Think its a lovely name.

Servalan · 08/08/2009 09:54

Love the name Isaac. I know 2 - one aged 6 and one aged 1

Minicooper · 08/08/2009 10:09

We're considering Isaac too - don't know any - and have been a teacher for over a decade, so def not overused yet, but think its creeping in. Surname is Norton, however and Dh thinks lo would be teased (Isaac Newton!)

AramintaCane · 08/08/2009 10:11

I don't know any in any of my childrens school years. Lovely name

MamaLazarou · 10/08/2009 12:18

Ooh, snap, minicooper.

Hadn't thought of Isaac Norton / Isaac Newton comparison. Bah!

ilovepiccolina · 10/08/2009 12:23

I'm in Devon & don't know any. I like it.

HensMum · 10/08/2009 12:25

I know 2 under 2 years. It is a lovely name though I like the suggestion of Isiah too.

PuppyMonkey · 10/08/2009 12:25

I know one of 11 and one of eight.

And I nearly had one myself, but ended up having a Madeleine instead.
