Aren't there enough girls with Grace and May and Rose as middle names?! Can we stop now?

A personal bug bear ...

Did I miss a law being passed that every family with a girl must use one of these as a middle name?

I mean they're pretty names, sure, but it's getting boring now!

Use your imagination people!!

When I was little all my mates had Louise as their middle name, these names are the Louise of the moment I reckon.

Rant over. As you were

hey lockets! Kitty was outruled, can you believe?

And to top it off she has been given Rose as a middle name rofl!

AitchTwoOh · 10/08/2009 00:35

i do it all the time if the poster is showing signs of being a nutter. such as posting three times and then trying to kick people off the thread.

seriously, field, what was that about? do you normally post somewhere with mods, maybe? we don't respond to that kind of behaviour here.

I like Kitty too Aitch but at the last moment we deviated from The Plan (that is the Kitty Constance plan) and wound up with

Oenone Rose

I went without a third name too. Was feeling most malleable that day.

AitchTwoOh · 10/08/2009 00:39

ohhhhhh, you went for it! congratulations! eenonee is it?

Dizzy told you to leave last night Aitch or does your memory span not stretch as far back as yesterday

Seriously netmums or one of the other fluff sites would suit you very well Aitch.
Boo hoo, somebody doesn't like your naming style or names. Grow up!

Are the others board monitors? I think Aitch should stick up for herself. If all else fails accuse me of being lowrib.

AitchTwoOh · 10/08/2009 00:44

at the risk of sounding like i'm posting from the playground... dizzie's not the boss of me.

plus, i think you'll find i told you to get off this thread rather more recently, so given that you seem to place some importance on this kind of instruction... shouldn't you be gone by now?

hobbgoblin · 10/08/2009 00:45

Yep ee-no-nee

Thanks both of you!

We picked it because we have no imagination of course (as evidenced by use of Rose)

Aitch sweetie, you're being emotional again now off you pop and put Aitch, Two and Oh to bed please, its getting late

Someone who thinks Aitch would be better suited to Netmums obviously has little knowledge of either

Oh, and to mumsnetters, 'board monitors' are just children who clean the whiteboard at school.....

AitchTwoOh · 10/08/2009 01:00

lol that WAS cool in those days, lockets.

rusty, lolol, thanks for finding that. don't think that field has read that right. but aitch, two and oh are all asleep, thank the lord. interesting about board monitor.

hobbgoblin · 10/08/2009 01:02

Bet you'd rather be a scissors monitor. Or a Pritt Stick monitor?

That is true lockets. The OP would probably love to be register monitor. She/he could rename all the unfortunates by scribbling out their entry and replacing with more imaginative names.

ladylush · 10/08/2009 08:12

All very witty
