I think Daisy May was a glove puppet or a ventriloquist's dummy!
Daisy Fay has similar sound as has Daisy Kay
I love Heidi though-how about Claire or Johanna to go with it.

Definitely Heidi. Makes me think of meadows and pigtails!

Heidi. Daisy is a cow. Or a duck. Or a character from the Night Garden.

Heidi

Heidi. No contest I'm afraid

MrsTittleMouse · 05/08/2009 09:33

Heidi.

I'm not keen on Heidi and I'm not sure it goes with your other dd's names.
I like Daisy and although it is popular that is because its a nice name, I would choose a traditional middle name though.
Daisy Elizabeth

I can see the appeal of Daisy May when you have a little cute pink bundle in your arms and envisage her toddling around in cutesy pink dresses and floppy hats...

But the name has to last the lifetime and so that's where it loses appeal for me.

I prefer Heidi from the 2 as, IMPO, its a better 'fit' for all age ranges(and personalities).

How about:

Heidi Ruth
Heidi Elizabeth
Heidi Marie
Heidi Jane
Heidi Rose
Heidi Ellen

Heidi is prettier. And I always worry about calling children 'daisy' or 'snowflake' or something that they may turn out to be great galumphing clumsy girls and then it would just be ironic!

hughsieoxf · 05/08/2009 13:07

I love Heidi! I'm considering Adelheid (Heidi's mum in the books) or Adelaide to get the nick name though.

Daisy is also cute, but I personally prefer it as a nickname for Margaret.

MrsToffeeCrisp · 08/08/2009 09:24

Love both. Daisy way too popular though.

For me it would be Heidi Louise.
