Oooh, I can't decide on that one. My first reaction was to think it was nice, and then it made me think of constipation.

Connie? I don't like it, sorry...

ShinyPinkShoes · 26/07/2009 00:02

I love the name Constance- I think it suits her

janeite · 26/07/2009 00:03

I like Constance - but not Connie.

stubbyfingers · 26/07/2009 00:05

I hear Constants

LyraSilvertongue · 26/07/2009 00:07

I prefer Connie to Constance.
Constance sounds like a blue-rinsed old lady.

magbags · 26/07/2009 12:56

I like it but think it would inevitably be shortened so would only go for it if you are happy with Connie.

differentID · 26/07/2009 13:00

I love Constance- I love most of the "virtue" names
Most probably will be shortened so if you like Connie, I'd go with it.

I LOVE Constance - I wanted to use it but a) it would have sounded bonkers with her last name and b) dp said over his dead body.

I have to warn you that dd, whenever I remind her that it was nearly her name says that I've had a lucky escape - she would have murdered me by now if I HAD used it!

Can I interest you in Clemency? Another one I love!
