Dolly and Gabi as soon as they have a say in it, I suspect!

Sickofbloodyswineflu · 22/07/2009 19:12

When I was at school, a girls sister called her twins Tia and Maria. She was 15, too young to drink!

Tidey · 22/07/2009 19:13

I know someone who worked with twins called Armani and Versace. Just... mean, really.

AppleandMosesMummy · 22/07/2009 19:56

Yes I know a Tia Maria, poor bugger

Sidge · 22/07/2009 19:58

I know of a Cartier and Armani (not siblings luckily).

MrsBadger · 22/07/2009 20:06

Actually Dolly and Gabi are a sight better than some things - there's not much you can do with Versace, is there?

MommyHasaHeadache · 22/07/2009 20:11

I knew twins called Dallas and Paris - although Paris liked her name prnounced Paree

MamaLazarou · 24/07/2009 08:16

Dolly and Gabi are really cute names for girl twins!

A Sikh couple I know named their daughter Armani and told everyone it is a traditional Punjabi name (I'm sure it's not, although Imaani probably is).

mrsradders · 24/07/2009 14:00

ha ha ha did she realise your reaction, oh to be a fly on that wall!!!

awful and cruel and somewhat chavvy!!!!

GetOrfMoiLand · 24/07/2009 14:06

DD has twin friends called Sharona and Shania a couple of years back.

I did laugh, must admit

Dolce & Gabbana - what a terrible name. What's next? Dorothy and Perkins? Karren and Millen? LK and Bennett?

mrsradders · 24/07/2009 14:10

ann and summers?

lol

msled · 24/07/2009 14:11

Bea and Kyu?

francagoestohollywood · 24/07/2009 14:12

No, come on, it can't be true, can it ?
Mind you, the dd of a famous italian footballer is called Chanel.

mumcah · 24/07/2009 18:47

I was chatting to my german Au Pair about silly names the other day and in germany you have to have a meeting to discuss your baby's name, and you're not allowed to call it anything silly! Not sure what is and isn't allowed though and how they decide.

RachieB · 24/07/2009 20:05

OMG ! laughable

franca there was a girl @ school named Chanel, she had a sister with a much more "normal" name lol

Northernlurker · 24/07/2009 20:07

I knew a Chardonnay once.

Poor old Dolce and Gabbana- no chance she was having you on ?

seaturtle · 24/07/2009 21:38

I came across a Chardonnay on a baby ward. And also a Tequila Paris, which one of the bitchier nurses scathingly suggested was how she was concieved.
