I know one, not short for Saskia, that is her name - Sassy.

I wasn't sure to begin with, but I think it maybe growing on me.

I so want to reveal the sibling name, but it would be too indentifiable in rl

Apply the High Court Judge test - it fails!

listenglisten · 25/06/2009 11:29

At least she could definately model the 'sassy' Boden clothes

seeker · 25/06/2009 11:29

And what if the poor child is a mousy never saying boo to a goose type person?

Fortunately for her, my dd is a dancer and moves well, but she only has to trip on the kerb for someone to say "Not very Grace-ful, are you!"

Fimbo · 25/06/2009 11:29

Dh did snigger on hearing it for the first time.

It was the Saskia thread that reminded me of this girl tbh.

It's the name of a Hole song from the early 90s (Pretty on the Inside album). I think the child would have to be very grunge-esque and have a sardonic wit to carry off such a name....

MamaLazarou · 25/06/2009 14:32

Don't be ridiculous.

Fimbo · 25/06/2009 17:19

Mama, the girl is in my dd's class.

pointydog · 25/06/2009 17:28

Has she modelled for the boden catalogue? With her sister, Spotty?

Fimbo · 25/06/2009 17:32

sausagetits · 26/06/2009 15:55

hoping4thebest · 26/06/2009 16:49

Have you been watching Neighbours recently?

madremia09 · 26/06/2009 17:24

Fimbo · 26/06/2009 17:27

No to Neighbours (stopped watching when it disappeared from BBC).

She is my dd's year at school (so not technically a baby name!)
