I really like Saskia, but can't decide whether it reminds me of that girl who was on Big Brother a few years ago.

It's a dichototomy - can either be a real c word name, or quite posh. I'm on the fence with this one.

always thought it was quite posh but now i know one (age 5) and she is lovely, the name is growing on me....

big puses are that there is no obvious shortening/nasty nickname and also that it would be pretty unique?

I like it, as a child I knew only one girl (Dutch father) with this name, however I gather it's rather "common" these days.

Here in NL it's considered a "low-class" name.
