Middle name for Zara

I am gravitating towards Grace, which I can't help feeling is highly unoriginal. Surname begins with T, so ideally no middle names that begin with I.

hee hee - no, that would not be a great set of initials!
grace is very nice, there are a few around but it's a lovely name so that's probably why!
i think 'jane' flows off the tongue - bit 1980s maybe but perhaps due a comeback?
Or:
may
mary
louise
faith
good luck

Pinkjenny · 18/06/2009 09:33

Faith is a good one, I like that. My aunty is called Jane, so maybe not. May sounds nice too.

I don't think zara goodluck would work stinkypants.

Zara Sophia (it rolls of the tongue nicely IMO)

snice · 18/06/2009 09:51

Zara Elizabeth?

Pinkjenny · 18/06/2009 09:57

Zara Sophia Taylor is too many 'ah' sounds, although that would be lovely too. Elizabeth Taylor? Er, no.

Helena (but pronouced HelAYna), think it really flows....

Laugs · 18/06/2009 10:01

Zara Louise Taylor?

Pinkjenny · 18/06/2009 10:03

Louise is nice, but does it make the whole name sound a bit, er, vanilla?

OP posts:
Pinkjenny · 18/06/2009 10:03

I mean obviously if it's a boy this whole thread will be pretty much pointless

Louise definately

Zara Suzanne Taylor

Laugs · 18/06/2009 20:00

I know what you mean about vanilla. I don't think I'd name a DD Louise as a first name for that reason, BUT as soon as I thought of the name Zara Taylor, Louise seemed to just fit perfectly in the middle and nothing else I could think of sounded as good.

thirtysomething · 18/06/2009 20:04

Zara Rose, Jessica, Ellen, Grace, Beth, Lily, Claire, Emily, Chloe, Florence, Felicity, Tess, May/Maeve, penelope all go well IMO.
Personally i'd go for Zara Grace, May or Tess.

Pinkjenny · 19/06/2009 11:35

I like Zara Rose too.

Phillipa?

Pinkjenny · 19/06/2009 11:46

I think I'd prefer something that didn't end in 'ah', just because both Zara and Taylor do. So Rose, Ellen, Faith, Grace and May are all candidates.

As I say, unless it's a boy!

CarGirl · 19/06/2009 13:18

something with 1 or 3 syllables.

FanjolinaJolie · 19/06/2009 16:49

Zara Louise would be my choice.

Firawla · 20/06/2009 10:59

rose or lily sound good
i agree not anything with ah sound ending
louise is quite a boring mn imo..
