Hmmm - I do really like names like Oliver, Jake, Noah, Jack, Emily, Kitty, Lucy, Olivia and Freya, but I get fed up hearing them all over the place! To actually use on my own child (which I won't get to, because DH doesn't share my taste):

Didnt think Iris was so popular either, but i suppose these are not names that would be used on a child, they are favourites, for example one of mine was Primrose bit dh would never in a million years let me use it!
Clementine and Violet too! They are gorgeous names though so it is not surprising that a lot of people like them!

I named my children between 20 and 30 years ago, my boys list hasnt really changed, in fact DSes names are on it, but my girls names have drastically, none of the girls names apart from Caroline were on my lists then.
