For a girl, obviously. Think it's feminine without being too 'girly'. What do you think?

stuffitlllama · 26/05/2009 12:47

very pretty and quite unusual

nice choice

MrsMattie · 26/05/2009 13:16

I have always loved this name.

My friend Simone is known as Sims or Sim-Simma

sockmonster · 26/05/2009 13:44

It's OK, but I genuinely knew a girl who went off the rails and used this as her escort and stripper name
I always associate this with her now...ick

tummytickler · 26/05/2009 14:07

much prefer Nina .
Simone is nice, but sounds quite masculine to me, and also a bit dull. Unusual though i guess - i have never met one under 40!

stuffitlllama · 26/05/2009 16:03

Blottedcopybook · 26/05/2009 17:08

I've always liked it and if it fitted with my other DCs names I'd have given that name to my new daughter. Lovely!
