Just seen a chef with this name on on Great British Menu. Is is a good choice or too poncey?

too poncy for my liking but Tristan Moulesfrites sounds great

I used to like it but it has become very popular. I know a couple of small ones.

A friend had a house party recently (around 30 people) and had 3 of them there - in their 30s.
