beau geste - boy.

I know both boys and girls with the name, boys usually spelt Beau and girls Bo. I prefer the Beau spelling though. Hadnt thought of it till i saw it on a website, really liking it though for a girl.

Earliest Bo i can think of is Bo Dereck (surname prob spelt wrong) so im thinking il get away with it.

Bo Derek was christened Mary Cathleen Collins though. Bo was her film name. What about Boudicca with Bo for short. Boudicca has to be a very cool person to be named for

Boy.

Either.

I mean Bo for a girl or boy; Beau is better for a boy.

DuffyFluckling · 04/05/2009 06:20

I love Bo for a girl but couldn't get past the fact that it is spelled B.O.

Beau is a boys name
I wanted Bo for DD2's middle name but dh said no even though since she's been born he's called her DD2-Bo
