I have a Louis, nearly 9 - he loves his name! We only know one other Louis.

Good name, have only met one. Should definitely be pronounced Lew-ee rather than Lewis. (I'm guessing it will be though, as otherwise you probably would've went for Lewis!)

Lovely name. I have one but she's a girl!!! It used to be a more conventional girl's name and she was named after her great aunt but as we had decided on the name during pregnancy if she had been a boy we would have kept the same name.

Marla - I did the same and stupidly gave my cat the name dd would probably have had otherwise. Wished I'd called her Fluffy now!

Yes we're going to pronounce Lou ee. Although I do have a work colleague who pronounces her Louis the same as Lewis, confusing.

I have a Louis ( HAS to be pronounced lou-ee but not spelt Louie )
he is the only one we know. He is 15. We still love it and so does he...
