Which do you prefer Rosa or Rosanna?

Rosa, but you could go with Rosanna and use Rosa as a nickname.

Rosa, definitely - Rosanna reminds me too much of Roseanne Barr or the song Rosanna, which means I'm showing my age.

Rosa, one of my favourite people is called Rosa

Rosa reminds me of the names of maids in American films.
Rosanna -I think of 'This is for Rosanna sweet child of mine ..'
I like them both.
