This is one of the few names I like.

What do you think? Do you like it?

Eve4Walle · 12/04/2009 12:27

I like it. Was one of the names mooted for our baby boy. He looks like a Winston too.

RushandGo · 12/04/2009 12:36

Do you think it goes with Evie?

Yes, sounds quite nice. Evie is my niece's name.

RushandGo · 12/04/2009 12:46

Hello again!
I love Winston, but dh said no. I did my A-levels with a Winston and he was a gem!
Fab name!

Thunderduck · 12/04/2009 16:50

No it's awful.

randomname · 12/04/2009 19:23

People may think you are a Billie Piper fan!

bettany · 12/04/2009 20:21

I quite like Winnie.

RushandGo · 13/04/2009 08:23

DH still not keen and we told friends yesterday who felt the same as DH but I love it

OP posts:
SoupDreggon · 13/04/2009 08:24

You can't call him Winnie!

Winston is not to my taste but it's not awful.

troutpout · 13/04/2009 08:40

love it, sounds cool. one of my faves. was john lennons middle name after churchill

LastOrders · 13/04/2009 10:39

Think Winston only works if you have a bit of a burly robust child!

Wouldn't look quite right on a milky bar type child IYSWIM!

RushandGo · 13/04/2009 11:31

That is a cool fact ceeceeanne

ScottishThistle · 13/04/2009 19:41

Not keen, a very strong name to carry off I think!

chequersmate · 13/04/2009 19:42

Too strongly associated with Billie Piper for me. Don't like Winnie either.

Much prefer Wilfred, have you considered that?

bouncebouncebounce · 13/04/2009 20:08

Is it really strongly associated with her though? I mean, how many people actually know what her son is called?
