I have one and he gets no grief about it, nor any confusion over his gender.

I think it is quite a special name, and he is quite a special boy. He carries his name well.

Jude the Obscure is so completely depressing that I wouldn't be able to look at an otherwise nice name.

Jude Law is a knob but it deosn't put me off the name. I think it's gorgeous and secretly wish I had had a boyfriend called Jude because I just know that he would have been a sexy devil!

Right, posted that and then thought it may be a bit creepy describing a small baby as a sexy devil so will go for the intelligence angle- I just know he would have been a great intellectual
