Is it pronounced Morgan or Mor-^gan^?@Claire

I got in a lot of trouble for calling a little girl Morgan when her name was Mor-gan once. Her mum used to fume, but I just couldn't get my tongue around Mor-gan...oops!

Claire2009 · 30/03/2009 15:39

MrsMattie

I guess it's meant to be pronounced "Mor-gan" but she has decided she doesnt like that anymore and calls herself "Morgan" thats fine by me
The spelling of it was due to being born in France & potentially being brought up there - didn't happen I split with x and came back to UK

Its more of a "Morr-Gann" type pronounciation, I always called her Morgan it was only friends in France that called her Morr-Gann
