Don't be daft! Give him a proper name and use Chuck as a nickname if you really must. Although there are far better nicknames for Charles...

Hmm, i think the overall result is a resounding no way!! I'm quite surprised but not in any way offended, i actually wouldn't want to give a name that would make most people feel sorry for ds! But me and dh both really like it! I thought it was more common in America, maybe it was in past times.. Ah well, will keep thinking...
