Does this sound like a good combination?? I really quite like it. Only (slight!) problem is that initals will spell HAT. Thats okay though right??

I love it but might be slightly biased as ds is Henry.

wibblewobbly · 07/03/2009 21:04

I love Henry - not keen on Alan - I presume this is a relatives name. I wouldnt worry about the initials - HAT is quite nice anyway.

SparkyFartDust · 07/03/2009 21:04

Can I ask, why Alan?

SparkyFartDust · 07/03/2009 21:05

HAT is fine

SparkyFartDust · 07/03/2009 21:06

(not as a name in itself though)

Lilyloo · 07/03/2009 21:06

Henry lovely name wouldn't worry about HAT

VinoEsmeralda · 07/03/2009 21:07

Lovely, dont worry about HAT, could be a lot worse (and it isnt bad IYSWIM)

dizzydixies · 07/03/2009 21:07

Henry lovely and HAT perfectly acceptable

ThatsNotMyPirate · 07/03/2009 21:08

Alan is my grandads name. My DS has a family name as a middle on so we would quite like to have a smilar thing this time.

Although I am pretty set on Henry (much to DH's dismay - not that hes ever come up with a good suggestion!)

I think keeping a family name is a great tradition.
