What would your DC be called if they were the opposite sex?

DS2 would have been Grace
DD would have been Joseph

DD1 - Hamish
DD2 - Munro
DS1 - Annabel
Boo, I really want an Annabel.......
(and I don't THINK we'll use either of those boy names for DS1). Might just call him Annabel!

Oh yes Florence, Araminta, Claribel, Arabella and Anabella were on the list too

DS1 would have been Mair Beatrice
DS2 would have been Éowyn Rose

They both have entirely different names to that though.

that could have been quite strange hula as DD1 would have been Oliver Thomas! DH was quite looking forward to watch little Ollie playing Cricket for England!

Both DS1 and DS2 would have been Anastacia (greek pronunciation, so ana-stas-ia) can't remember what middle name we would have had.

We knew DD was a girl from the 20 week scan, so no boy first names, but the middle name would definitely have been Leonidas.

DS would have been Chloe Louise or Ashleigh Rae.

incidentally, there are 14 years between my girls. We have masses of boys in the family so we spent ages looking for a suitable boys name for first child, not too wacky/not already used that we could not have gone through it again!

Ds2 would have been Sophie Charlotte. We were so convinced we were having a girl we never thought about boys' names.

Noah, Elizah and Livia

Always wanted and expected I'd have a girl called Lottie (Charlotte on the birth certificate) after my beloved 'adopted grandmother'.

Ended up with a boy but without realising it at the time named him after another dear family friend who worked closely with Auntie Lottie and is buried next to her. Was only when my Dad said 'oh, after Uncle X' that the penny dropped - dh and I had just thought we liked the name!

I would still love to have a girl called Lottie, though.

Ff would have been Atticus Ieuan. MIL told me after a few glasses of wine that she was so glad I had a girl because of 'that stupid name you liked'.

I have two girls but had they been boys they would have been:

dd1 - Laurie
dd2 - Rowan

If I had a boy now he would be called something along the lines of Gabriel, Benedict or Barnaby with Laurie (or Laurence)or Rowan as a middle name I think.

I can't remember them all but one of the twins was going to be an Erin and the latest baby (dd2) was going to be Wolf Alexander if she was a boy.

I think dd1 was going to be Linus.
