Scarlett...well there is the actress....and the emmerdale character and ...a lady that i know of in rl! who is about 30 now....

pretty sure i haven't heard of anyother Scarletts round these parts.

Very pretty name...but i would imagine a girl with dark hair with that name....but thats just me

don't like it though. scarlett needs a certain character to carry it well (feisty and unconventional imo) . If your daughter is not lie that, the name might be a bit of a burden
