Is it a 'real' name in any culture or has it just been invented? Reminds me a bit of the Polish Rula.

I have no strong reaction either way, it's a innocuous name.

much prettier names out there imo - can't even tell if it's a girl or boy's name

it's a bit like the Polish 'Jola' (pron Yola') which I like.. depends if the 'u' is a short or long sound, not that keen if it is Yooo-lah but if both vowel sounds are short I think it is pretty
