I really like this name....and it was one of those that I would have wanted if I had a girl (but dh never liked it...not that it mattered, because I have 3 boys, so, all girlsnames were chosen in vain, lol)

When I was a Teenager I met a girl called Larissa, and she was stunning and really nice as a person...that obviously influences my feeling about the name

I think is nice, i dont like Clarissa. I like it shortened to lyssa.
