This name thing is really irritating me, I go through lists on the internet and they just blur into mush.

So if everyone just posts their 5 favorites here I may actually find something I like!

My boys are Addison and Dexter.

I like Savannah, but our surname is Sales, so I think the 2 's' sounds are too much.

I wouldn't use names like 'Jane' etc ...

Have three girls names I love (one is dd's name!)

Ariadne
Capella
Aphra

trying to think of two more...

surprise · 17/08/2008 13:51

I think both your DS's names sound American, so maybe you could search the US top names list? Somthing like Paige or Lois maybe?

Luisa (obviously)
Isla
Eilidh
Libby
Sophia

DisenchantedPlusBump · 17/08/2008 13:52

Never though of them as American names.

Ill have a look.

collision · 17/08/2008 13:57

LOL! Each to their own!! I do like Nell but have 2 boys and dont want anymore and not sure I would be brave enough to call her Nell anyway.

They are quite American which is why I thought of Meredith.

Shelby?

Umlellala · 17/08/2008 13:59

Oh I like Louisa - and there was a girl at school called Lovisa (Icelandic? soft s like Lisa)
and Isla. There's my five.

Oh, I also love loads of Irish names like Caoimhe (think that's right spelling - pron. Keever). No Irish connections though...

surprise · 17/08/2008 14:00

Ava? Jenna? Taylor? Mia? Alexis?

surprise · 17/08/2008 14:01

January would work well with your surname

barnsleybelle · 17/08/2008 14:04

That's rather American
