Just wondering what other people thought of the name Fox. I saw a boy on this morning who is starring as Billy Elliot in the musical and his first name was Fox. I don't like it but just wondered what other people thought of it.

I know someone who is called Renard, which is French for fox, so calls himself Fox.

Tommy · 13/08/2008 22:34

a fox is an animal - not a child

at the risk of sounding like my mother... there are so many lovely names out there, why do people insist on giving their offspring these ridiculous made up things in order to sound a bit unusual???

ChippyMinton · 13/08/2008 23:11

Prefer Wolfie myself

Alderney · 14/08/2008 09:59

I know a Fox...

Mother is pregant again - we are wondering what she'll do to be "on par"

Definately probably waiting for a Bear or a Wolf

Comerscroft · 15/08/2008 06:45

You could spell it 'Focks'.

That might lead to other variations.

foofi · 15/08/2008 07:13

Trafficcone · 15/08/2008 07:40
