ada is dull

and not pretty at all

MingMingtheWonderPet · 25/07/2008 18:38

Not keen on the 'ee' sounding end if you had Edie and Macey, though each name is lovely in it's own right.
Ada, or maybe Ava, are both lovely though

edie is pretty popular around here, along with the similar ish evie and eve, but pretty too

Aoife (pron ee-fa)
Arelie - means golden girl
Analee
Ava
Ela
Etta

Edie is nice; Ada is not, sorry.

janeite · 25/07/2008 19:58

Sorry, that last post should have been longer and I lost part of it.

To me, Ada sounds a bit "hard" on the ear, whereas Edie is prettier and softer.

I think macey and Edie sound quite cute together.

Edie Mae / Edie Jane / Edie Joy / Edie Violet / Edie Kate are all v nice imho.
