Can anyone help me think of a middle name to go with Belle?

I have a Lily too lovely !

Its such a pretty name Lily and suits my little dd so well, I really want to choose something for dc2 that is as nice. After all this fuss though I will prob have a boy - which again I am struggling with but have Samuel Joseph so far..

My friends little girl is Amelie, maybe Belle Amelia...gonna go through my knee high pile of baby name books and trawl through those names begining with O, E, and A

I wanted Madeleine for my dd2 but also thought of another flower name Poppy, Daisy etc.
DP picked it in the end and good job it's not girly as she is complete opposite of dd1 and would never have suited a girly name

Why does your DD need a middle name? I have an unsual first name and no middle name. I don't miss not having a middle name. It's not as if you actually introduce urself, 'Hi my names FINOLA TULIP HARVINGTON-WILLOWSWORTH' is it . plus most people cringe at their middle names!

She is Martha and it suits her very well she only 6 months and already i know she won't be a girly girl like dd1!
What about Molly that goes nice with Lily ?

I suppose because dd has middle name and so do all our family, and I can't be doing with explaining why dc2 hasn't got one! I am like a dog with a bone though, I am on a mission to find the perfect middle name and won't give up till I do, this thread has been a brilliant help!

Thank you everyone, even those more 'unusual' suggestions like andsebastian Gives me an idea of what comments could come our way.

But they way I see it many names can be joked about. My Lily obviously gets silly lily, lily the pink (some strange old song) and my name is very normal and there are loads of songs etc which people every now and then sing at me thinking they are extremely funny!
