Felicity Anna or Felicity Alice?!

Just can't decide whether to go for Felicity Anna or Felicity Alice? My middle name is Anna and i love how classic it is, and think it would be so lovely to share a middle name with DD, but think Alice sounds so pretty...

Would love to hear your thoughts!

Anna is much nicer

WildFatball · 14/09/2026 12:12

Alice it sounds nice with felicity

YourWinter · 14/09/2026 12:12

Anna. Felicity Alice is too many “Li”s and a bit of a tongue-twister.

LoudPlumDog · 14/09/2026 12:13

Felicity Alice, but better yet, Alice Felicity! Alice is a fab name 💛

Lovemuesli · 14/09/2026 12:14

Felicity Anne sounds better than Felicity Anna.

Palomiino · 14/09/2026 12:14

I like Felicity Anna.

Felicity Anne sounds better than Felicity Anna.

I think so too. It sounds better and suits Felicity more.

DramaAlpaca · 14/09/2026 12:17

Depends which sounds better with the surname, I think.

I agree with the others who've suggested Felicity Anne, that's lovely.

Daffodilsinthespring · 14/09/2026 12:21

Anna - I think middle names should mean something

StableCable · 14/09/2026 12:30

I like all those names.

I think sharing a name is nice and would go for Anna for that reason

ShhhYouDontKnowMe · 14/09/2026 12:35

I thought Anne as well. Alice sounds like a bit hissy with the “icity”

PrettyLittleRose · 14/09/2026 12:38

Felicity Anne sounds better than Felicity Anna.

Was gonna say this. Felicity Anne sounds better IMO. Smile

TrojanDonkey · 14/09/2026 12:59

Felicity Anna but only because you’ve already got the ‘Alice’ type sound in Felicity.

Love the name Felicity.

faerylune · 14/09/2026 13:10

I agree with previous posters Felicity Anne is better, but if Anna and Alice are only options then I feel like Anna is easier to say that Felicity Alice, but I think Felicity Alice I like more. That said, my vote goes to Felicity Anne.

newmumnewmum · 14/09/2026 13:44

Thank you all for your suggestions! We would also consider Margot as a middle name after my dear godmother!

I agree that Anne perhaps sounds better, although it is not a favourite name of ours

Anna sounds better and I like it much better than Alice

I think so too. It sounds better and suits Felicity more.

Me too

Pemba · 14/09/2026 17:15

Felicity Anna sounds nice and flows better. Even though I like Alice, combined with the Felicity it's too many 'S' sounds. (Written as 'C' but you know what I mean).

I don't know why people think Felicity Anne would be better than Anna. I know Anne is classic but to be honest I find it a bit more of a filler name than Anna, which I love.

ExquisitelyDecorating · 14/09/2026 18:05

I think Felicity Anne sounds better than Felicity Anna, but presumably the OP prefers Anna.

boysmuminherts · 14/09/2026 18:07

I echo the middle names meaning something so would go for Felicity Anna. A lovely name.

NamingNoNames · 14/09/2026 18:09

Not Anne. I like the name but it's a filler middle name. Every other woman's middle name if you're my age.
Check that the initial don't spell a word or well-known abbreviation.

Hoork · 14/09/2026 18:12

I like Felicity Anna best but Felicity Alice and Felicity Margot are also very nice names!

ASuitableName · 14/09/2026 18:12

Felicity Anna is lovely

SouthLondonMum22 · 14/09/2026 18:16

I prefer Felicity Alice or Felicity Margot. I have a Felicity Rose.
