Love Felix (it's just latin for 'luck'), it's a perfectly good name and has been for centuries.
The rest are ok, except for Emmett, which isn't.

Emmett - keeping up appearances
Finn - prefer Finlay
Felix - cat, but nice meaning
Jonah - and the whale
Joseph - nice, prefer Josiah
Charlie/Charles - ok, but bit dated

I would choose Joseph or Jonah (although don’t like Joe)

I dislike Felix - it’s a cat and cat food! I know a cat called Felix who gets called Fifi.

Emmett - no
Finn - ok
Felix - cat food
Jonah - whale
Joseph - ok
Charlie/Charles - so dull

Not Emmett
Charles is just a bit meh
finn I’d have Fintan as the full name
Jonah is different, so nice
felix is nice

I absolutely love Emmett. It’s an old English word for ant! I considered it for DS2 as he looked like a little ant when he was born.

Emmett Felix and Jonah are the best. The rest are massively over used.

All are lovely but I wouldn't chose Emmett as here in Cornwall it is a derogatory name for tourists/second home owners!

Whereas I strongly dislike all of these. Charles/Charlie is boring. I love Finn.
