My great grandmother was Greek. Her name was Kassiani but went by Kassiana. Which do you prefer?

also been on my mind is Kassiara, what do you think?

Well, I read Kassiani as Kassiana anyway so I'd go for option 2.

I prefer Kassiana - it's really pretty.

I wouldn't go for Kassiara, as you loose the connection to your great grandmother!

Would change to a C start so it looks more English otherwise lifetime of explaining the name in UK
