My friend has just called her dd Adeana (pron A-dean-a) - I love it - very pretty - what do you think?

I think her dad might be named Dean -?

I've only seen / heard this name as

Adeena

so that's why I'd think that...but I could be wrong!

I work with a lady called Aldean, which I think is a cool name. Never come across another one.

I had a friend called Adina (pronounced A-dee-nah). It can be a diminutive of Adriana or can be a name by itself.

I have only heard of it as Adina.

DS1 goes to school with an Adeana.

Not really keen myself.
