girl names that work in English and Spanish but don’t end in “a”

I have a long list of girl names that work in both English and Spanish, but almost all of them end in “a.” Like, Clara, Marina, Juliana, Luisa, etc. I’m looking for name suggestions with a different sound, such as Nieves or Marisol (although probably both of those would be hard for some English speakers). Thanks!

Top Girl Baby Names in Spain for 2024
Only a handful from the top 100 don't end in a, and the ones that might work are Zoe, Ines and Iris.

A third vote for Mirabel! I knew a Mexican Leilani which I like.

I love the name Ines/Inez!

Really beautiful names but I think English speakers might struggle with Xochitl

I know a Rosario and also an Estel

A few of those mentioned aren't Spanish.

Yes perhaps, but only at first glance. 'Zoshee' is quite easy to say.

Just thought of another one: Flor (although nice meaning of flower, could be mocked as Floor in English).

Marisol wouldn’t be hard for English speakers… it’s phonetic. What about Mirabel? It’s a Disney character to parents will know how to say it.

Both have already been suggested!

It is, and I know how to pronounce it but have to add for OP's benefit. My son's name is phonetic in the language it's from and not in English and it's really annoying when people keep mispronouncing it tbh.

One of my favourite girl names is Xiomara but I wouldn't do it as a first name because I know people would struggle.
