Be aware that kids will likely shorten Julian to Julie. I knew a boy who used his middle name instead of his first name of Julien because of this.

Leo is better than Julian but Leonardo? No, I think that's a bit much.

Leonardo because Julian is wet and has the NN Jules. I don't love Leonardo tbh but at least Leo is a great NN.

On first impressions, I imagine Julian as a head boy type who ends up working in the City and Leonardo as a magnet for women.
