How did you call your baby girls? I'm looking for some inspiration as very undecided.

DH used a common combination of two traditional names, that was used through the generations in his family for the first DD.

I chose my two favourite names for the other DD, that I’d always wished I was called as a child.

Brainstorm before they were born, often not the name we thought they’d be when they were here and most times came up with a name we hadn’t even considered!

Didn't look like either of the 2 names we'd chosen. Her name came to me and dh agreed

Lists ... where you cross off any either of you dislike.
Lists of names in our family trees.
Lists of people whom we admired.
Lists of names from name book and newspapers.

Nearer the end be mindful of rude initials, criminals with exact name etc.
