Saw a post here a while ago about something similar and it has caused me even more anxiety than I already had. My baby’s name is molly olive Parker jones. Am I describing a Parker? As in a jacket. My brain is in overdrive worrying and panicking. Help!

Will she be Molly Olive day to day or is Olive a middle name? Molly Parker-Jones is perfectly good name, very nice in fact. If you're going to be calling her Molly-Olive Parker-Jones every day its a bit of a mouthful! But it doesn't sound like a coat 😅
Congratulations 🎊

Do you mean a parka? I would never have made the connection!

When I see a name like Parker, I often assume (mostly incorrectly) that the parents are using a family surname as a forename . . .

I think Molly Olive is a bit of a strange combo due to the ‘ol’ sound in both (very nice) names, as a whole it’s a bit of a mouthful but Molly Parker Jones is a perfectly fine name.

Molly Parker Jones, or Molly Jones, are totally fine.

It really doesn’t matter that people might think Olive Parka. They won’t, but once you’ve introduced her literally no one will care. Unless you insist on it for some reason, no one will say ‘Molly Olive Parker Jones’ until she gets married.
