I just wanted to point out that Aphasia is a language disorder.

The obvious one, to me, would be Olivia. It's another popular 4 syllable name starting with a vowel and ending in an a.

However, the could indeed be overkill. Depends whether you're wanting another similar name, or you're looking for something different this time.
