Rafaela for a girl, Tal or Ezra for a boy. Or Elias.

Depends on what country you are in and heritage.

Rafaela - many different spellings. Not keen on Raf or Ella
Tal - is it short for something?
Ezra - ok, popular
Elias - ok but multiple pronunciations. Gets shortened to Eli, which I don't like

I know a few Tal's in the UK. It's a pain, they've been called Pal, Hal, Cal... no one understands just Tal, and previous poster said, people assume it's a shortening.

Also, gently, I have given my children Jewish/Israeli names, and now worry about them encountering problems as a result. Ezra obviously not a problem, so popular in the UK now.

I looked up the name Tal, and it's Hebrew, means 'dew', and is unisex.

I love Rafaella.

Tal is nice. Ezra and Elias are too trendy.

I prefer Ezra. What about Elijah? That seems along the line of what you like.

Boys names are all nice enough.

Rafaella reminds me of Raffaello - the coconut Ferrero Roche which are delicious but not a name I'd give a child.

I like all the boy's names.
Is it weird to like the Raphaella spelling better? It looks more complete, in my head.
