Not giving our real names but the intended middle and surnames follow syllable pattern 2 and 2.

So like "Nova Hapland" or "Daisy Shepherd"

Which first name?

Would use Bree as a nickname for Brianna, and either Frankie or Cesca for Francesca.

Neither Bree nor Brianna are two syllables so that option doesn't fit your desired pattern.

Francesca will inevitably be called Fran or Franny.

A name that looks a female version of Brian isn't great imo.

Francesca is a beautiful name with several nice options for a shortened version. I prefer Frannie to Frankie personally. Bree and Brianna are both awful.
