love Miles, this spelling, kinda hard to pronounce for me.

Not Myles

I like it.

classic but also has a modern vibe.

Recognisable but also unusual enough he will probably be the only one.

Id spell it Miles.

It's a bit wet but not the worst name.

Not a favourite of mine, I find it quite stuffy, but I do prefer Myles to Miles. Miles is just a unit of measurement to me.

I like Miles or Milo. Not keen on the y spelling.

It’s ok - I associate it with an annoying posh boy at uni so that’s tainted it for me!
