I love Romilly and Mallory... but think that DH will never let me away with those! Anyone suggest anything similar?

Arietty? Isn't that a made up name from the Borrowers?

Not sure you could justify Elodie or Magali unless you were French.

Jessie - my dd2 middle name after my Gran. Her first name is Rachel after dh grandma who died 2 weeks before she was born.

Its not a normal, certainly not a certifiable mane, but dd2 is often "Rachey" and very often "Rachey-Jessie" which she loves,

Choose something which is important to you - while I make sure "Rachey Jessie" is asleep!!!

Weegiemum · 09/06/2008 20:59

Didn't add my Gran died just over a year ago. Rachel has a clear memory of visiting her - we were talking about it just this morning and her memory is untainted by mine - my Gran with white hair, sleeping. wearing a blue nightie, which dd2 (and the others) remembers clearly 0- its sad for me that her earliest memories are of my Gran's death)

DD2 remembers, and is proud of hte fact se has he "gg's" name, the Jessie bit!
