What’s your opinion on Naomi if brother is Nathan?

Nice. Sound good together and being different sexes they will be Mr/Miss on post so no issues with having the same initial there. I don’t think having the same first syllable matters either - the Naomi’s I’ve met don’t tend to get their names shortened and the Nathan’s/Nathaniel’s get Nate rather than “Nay”.

If you have a third child, people might expect another N name though 🤣

they will be Mr/Miss on post so no issues with having the same initial there. I had the same initials as my father and any mail address to me would be opened by my parents despite the "Miss H Yorway" on the envelope.

I know a family with a Reece and a Reneece. Everyone seems perfectly fine.
